A Religious Wedding in the Location of your choosing.
Getting married is still as popular as ever, and the choice of venues is as vast and wide as the price tags, from castles to stately homes picturesque gardens and majestic waterfalls, to tropical beaches. Yet there is still a demand for something little more traditional, and for those still wanting the traditional style wedding with a minister, Rev Richard Sanders is offering something a little different.
There are many places that are licensed to hold weddings, for this the location needs to hold a special wedding licence and not all venues have one. Even those who have a the licence are then only able to have non-religious services, with a registrar there.
However there is another option, the couple can take a couple of witnesses to any registry office and for a small fee they can complete the paperwork without any fuss, this makes them legally married. Once the paperwork has been completed the couple are then free to have their official wedding ceremony wherever they wish.
Jane and Trevor, loved the meadow located near to their home, and wanted to get married there. Jane wanted the Meadow because they could use their own home for the reception which was just a short walk away, and they really wanted to keep it simple. There was also another reason, her mum and dad had met on the meadow whilst walking their dogs, and it always held a special place in the hearts their children, with family picnics in the summer months.
Permission was gained, and Richard conducted the ceremony, it was a most beautiful day, with the family and friends sitting on picnic blankets, it was the informality that the couple had always wanted.
As more and more people are opting for 'other' locations, Richard is finding that he is now in demand, particularly as he is more than happy to conduct either a traditional wedding ceremony or create something very individual for the happy pair.
